You won't find our level of customer service and commitment at most larger operations. We can be so efficient and flexible at Amplex because we are small and family owned. At many larger distribution companies, every department is specialized and often autonomous from other departments. All Amplex employees are cross-trained so they have full knowledge of products and processes if their help is needed. For example, our TeleServices team members are trained on Picking and Packing, and our top managers are trained in TeleServices.
